Why sell through a Business Broker?

We know what businesses sell for. Many people can give an opinion but from promoting and selling a business every day, we know what buyers will most likely pay.  The worst two things a seller can do is to over or under price their business.

We are experienced negotiators. Other advisors work in the safe environment of just giving advice.  We have to DO IT.  This works for the benfit of both buyer and seller: the win/win scenario is our best outcome.

We understand the complexity of business sales and the need for "all the ducks to be in a row".   Negotiations can include the buyer and seller, their two banks, their two accountants, solicitors, intelligent spouses, licensing authorities and then there is the landlord, landlord's solicitor, bank and so on.  And if you own a franchise ....

We may have buyers already on our books. Some sales are just so smooth, but this is not luck, this is the end stage of all we have done in our brokerage before you met us.

We sell in a competitive environment.  We have to be good at what we do or we just don't last.

We qualify buyers: time wasters are just that. We are busy like you. Never waste your time on a would-be buyer that has not been "qualified".

We know what needs to be done to present a business for sale. The list will always start with accountant's financials and a range of other tools, reports and resources your broker will discuss with you.

We know what does NOT need to be done too!  Don't waste time on things we seldom see buyers ask for!
